To create a consolidated view of the Quarterly Trends Report:

Open the Portfolio Trends – Quarterly Report and Export to Excel. This is File 1.

Change the As of Date and click Recalculate so that the report contains a new range of dates.

Export this report to Excel as well. This is File 2.

Open both of the Excel files.

In File 2, add 5 new columns to the left of the last column on the right.

Copy and paste the data from File 1 into the additional columns in File 2.

In the first row of the % Change column insert the formula to calculate the change:

“=(x-y)/y”

x = the value in the most recent quarter end

y = the value in the oldest quarter end

Copy this formula and paste as a formula into all the other cells in this column.
